the CCP Patient Care Initiative

This new program is designed to address the needs of those patients who suffer from a range of diseases that require medical care, but who are unable to obtain the care they need due to their limited financial circumstances. There are many non profit organizations that are seeking to help the medical community find a cure for various diseases, and of course that is very worthwhile. However, there is a huge need for taking care of today's sufferers so that their quality of life is improved, while the necessary research continues. The CCP Patient Care Initiative seeks to provide financial assistance and support for those medical patients who do not have the means to finance their own treatment.

This Initiative is a collaborative program that seeks to be affiliated with several other 501c3 organizations that have a particular knowledge of patient needs and medical relationships associated with specific types of diseases.These affiliated non profits will inform low income patients that are needing assistance of the services offered by The CCP Patient Care Initiative.Many sufferers find themselves without any insurance or without adequate insurance needed to cover even the most fundemental necessities of clinical care and medications. The CCP Patient Care Initiative will provide funding assistance for a variety of services ranging from insurance co-payments to nurse visitations.
