The volunteer, donate and assistance forms on the site require you to supply contact information (like name and email address). This contact information
is used to contact you if necessary and to send occasional mailings if
you have so requested. You may change the status of whether you wish to
receive MS Care Foundation communications at any time. To opt-out
of receiving future mailings or to change information previously provided
simply send an e-mail request to support@mscarefoundation.org.

Information is stored for as long as it is needed in order to support the task or

from the user on our Donations form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration
date). This information is used for
billing purposes. If we have trouble processing a donation,
this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our
secure server technology ensures that your personal details and credit card information entered into the Donation form is encrypted
while in transmission and is stored securely. We do not store credit card details.
