Board Development

We recognize the profound responsibility held by a not-for profit board of directors. We provide guidance on board composition to assist the creation of an effective governing body that has the skills necessary to be an effective component of the organization. Our board leadership development program includes: practices and policies, recruitment, member selection, orientation, board and individual performance evaluation and leadership training.
