Planned Giving

We can supervise and facilitate planned giving to include gifts through wills, charitable gift annuities, gifts of life insurance, pooled income funds, and charitable trusts.

Bequest
Donors are encouraged to make charitable gifts by naming the organization as a beneficiary in their wills.

Life Income Gift
We can assist in the process of irrevocable transference of some assets to an organization, and in return, the donor (and a survivor, if desired) can receive income for life.

Gift of Life Insurance
Some supporters no longer need a life insurance policy that was purchased years ago to provide for children or other family members, and we can assist the process whereby the donor can donate the policy or a portion of the policy to a charitable organization.

Pooled Income Fund
Some donors can make a gift of money, marketable securities, or both and these can be invested together with similar gifts from other supporters of the organization.

Charitable Lead Trust
Individuals with very large estates can use a charitable lead trust to benefit an organization and pass principal to family members with little or no tax penalty, and we can facilitate that process.

Gifts of Retirement Plans
A donors IRA assets can be transferred to a charitable remainder trust, with the trust providing an income for life to the beneficiary, and then an eventual gift can be made to the organization of the donors choice.
